I would not consider this a benefit in any capacity. I have had several unexplained error messages, including several that their support team never even addressed. The person I spoke to at the time he is no longer with the company said he didn't think it would be a problem at all. What benefits have you realized? I think it's sad when people want to project their own bad performance on the managers of a company. What do you dislike? They routinely make empty promises about addressing concerns or adding customer-requested features, but they never bring them up unless asked, and even then the response is always something akin to "It's on our list and we'll get to it eventually.

I never heard back. Advice to Management Generally keep up what you are doing.

I have been working at SOCi full-time for more than a year Pros So I never put reviews on sites like this but after reading some of the ones that came in for the company I work for I felt like I should make my voice heard. They will no doubt get another job and will eventually write another bad review for their new company when they get fired from there. I work at SOCi and think the company is pretty amazing. Again, everyone I spoke to was very nice but everything had to go through the person in charge and he didn't help me out when I needed it. PS - This is the first negative review I have ever given online.

I've been working here awhile and can pretty much tell who those reviews came from and guess I would just say that sometimes bad employees want to make themselves feel better by giving the company a bad review.

I do not recommend Soci I do not recommend Soci. Everyone is very nice to speak to BUT the "upper management" is definitely not interested in assisting their customers.

I never heard back. They often announce release dates for new features prematurely and then have to change them at the last minute. However, it took them several months to finally tell me that they would NOT put the contract on hold. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how effective you want your customer service experience to be. I don't recommend this company. Their staff is constantly changing; my company has been assigned four different customer success managers in a year, each one lasting only a few months. It's unfortunate sites like this give a voice to people like that who want to hurt the company for no reason. Once you get the hang of it, most of the dashboard is arranged logically and is easy to understand.
